Our History
Structural Building Solutions is a supplier of components, materials, and services to the residential and commercial building industries. We are currently focused on three main business platforms.
Our company’s origin is in the specialized design, manufacture, and delivery of engineered wood products, including roof trusses, floor trusses, and wall panels. We provide high-quality components that enhance the efficiency and structural integrity of building projects from multiple plants in Maryland, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Our current component manufacturing growth plans also include expansion into Florida and Georgia. Our service proposition includes optional turnkey installation (labor) for our components.

The company is also in the building product distribution business. As a full-service construction material supplier, we support a wide-ranging catalog of critical building components from framing commodities to millwork, including doors, windows, and interior/exterior trim. We simplify our builders’ and contractors’ businesses by providing a one-stop shop for their most important material needs.

Our dedicated Design Services group, S1A1 Solutions, provides integrated engineering and architectural services. Uniting development of both the creative and technical aspects of construction projects enables us to provide comprehensive design solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients.
